The entire feeding system is positioned on a sensitive weighing platform; while the system operates, it instantly calculates the amount of material decreasing per unit of time and transmits the most appropriate speed command to the motor by comparing it with the target value. The simultaneous control and correction mechanism maintains the raw material flow within a narrow tolerance band, ensuring flawless linearity in production. The 1:1,000,000 resolution offered by the PULSCELL weighing unit elevates the system's accuracy above global standards, minimizing raw material waste.
